Bittersweet

We've had some bad luck with appliances lately. We all remember the crayons in the dryer, no? Well yesterday my washing machine broke, which completely ruined my day because how much more can we take?... Until Andrew called from work and told me he could bring home a washing machine from his store for $???, and wondered if I wanted him to. (He won't let me tell you exactly how much because he's afraid his boss will get in trouble for letting him have it so cheap.) I told him to go for it. We really don't have money for that right now, but the beauty of it is that we can just pay for it when we happen to have the money, as long as it is relatively soon. But here's what you get for $??? when your husband gets the hook-up at work: (Trust me, it was a steal.)


I'm not complaining.
